We review all your current prescriptions and calculate the quantity needed to align them to a single refill date.
If you receive a new prescription for a chronic condition, we will fill enough to last until your next scheduled sync date. From that point on, the new medication will be refilled along with your other regular prescriptions.
We will call you about a week before your scheduled pick-up date to confirm you are still taking the same medications and to handle any necessary authorization, so you do not have to remember to call us.
Most maintenance medications for chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol can be synchronized. Short-term medications, such as antibiotics or as-needed pain relievers, are generally not included in the monthly sync cycle.
Yes, absolutely. Once your medications are synchronized to be ready on the same day, we can deliver your entire monthly supply in one single package directly to your doorstep. This combines two of our best convenience services to save you even more time.
